We have a NO refund policy.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once again we have a no-refund policy. Our orders are processed instantly and furthermore shipped very quickly. It is not possible to reverse the automatic system after you place an order. Please be careful for Impersonators offering paid collaborations and rewards, we do not partake in any of those. Those are fraudulent and scam activities. We only promote good manner and behavior. We also only have one official Instagram, so don't accept offers from other sources. We do not offer refunds for failure to contact official page and for being tricked or swindled by an impersonator, it is your responsibility to read our terms, and to only contact the main account.
